Taylor Swift and Kid Rock will join Kanye West, 50 Cent, Ludacris, Saving Abel, Fall Out Boy, and Nelly as performers on A Night for Vets: An MTV Concert for the BRAVE. The special will be taped before an invitation only audience of young veterans and their families and will include both live and pre-taped performances. The show will air on MTV on October 24th at 8 p.m. ET.

Either Selena Gomez isn’t dating Nick Jonas, or Jonas is a really understanding boyfriend.

Gomez, 16, surprised the red carpet press on Saturday night at the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital’s Runway for Life benefit when she suddenly shouted, “Let Shia know I’m available!”

She was apparently inspired to make sure everyone knew about her longtime thing for 22-year-old Shia LaBeouf (she’s gushed about it in the past) after being asked about her celeb crushes.

The Transformers star isn’t the only boldfaced type Gomez would like to meet up with…

She said she’s hoping to team up on her upcoming debut solo album with Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams. “I love her,” Gomez said. “I look up to her.”

Gomez also said she’s definitely going to record a track with best friend Demi Lovato and would even welcome some time in the studio with Miley Cyrus. “That would be fun,” said the Wizards of Waverly Place starlet.

The St. Jude gala at the Beverly Hilton hotel featured a Robert Ellis fashion show with celeb models, including Gomez, Hilary and Haylie Duff, Eli Stone stars Johnny Lee Miller and Natasha Henstridge, Jennifer Love Hewitt and fiancé Ross McCall, and Jaime Pressly.

Selena Gomez attended the 5th annual “Runway For Life” benefit, hosted by St. Jude Children’s Hospital Sunday, October 11 at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California.

Selena, 16, wore a LBD with jeweled neck and cut-away shoulders paired with black peep toe pumps. She accessorized with gold diamond shaped dangling earrings and black stone studded gold bangle bracelet on her right arm.

Selena continues to toy with different hair styles to go with her long flowing dark hair, which were puffed up and swept back in a messy look, with a few wisps above the ears. The hair was tied in a ponytail at the back which draped her left shoulder.

Her thick smoky eye make up highlighted her petite facial features and flawless skin.

All of the proceeds from the event benefited St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Others attending the event included Hilary Duff, Jaime Pressly, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Cybill Shepherd and Natasha Henstridge.

Selena is becoming increasingly less coy about her relationship with 16-year-old Nick Jonas. While continuing to reiterate that she is close to all the Jonas Brothers, Selena concedes a deeper relationship with Nick Jonas.

“I’ve gotten really close to the entire Jonas family this past year,” she tells TV Guide. “Nick and I are getting to know each other, but we’re not confirming anything.”
